This can be for any happen for any plugin that is messing you up, how to get your site back;
- Get your cpanel details or ftp details
- Login to your site directory browser (in cpanel you see file manager) if you have ftp access host:websiteurl username:
- ftpusername(usually different from your cpanelusername)
- ftppassword: (usually different from your cpanel password
Browse to /public_html/wp-config, rename the plugins directory to anything e.g plugins.bak, if in the ftpmanager click on the directory in the menu bar rename.
login to your wordpress admin panel again e.g. wordpress/wp-admin
Login is successful
Go back to the file manager and rename the plugins directory back to plugins
All plugins will be deactivated so enable one at a time relative to what you require for your website.
